"This experience was more than just onboarding and training. By having actual projects to work on, we were given insight into what ‘life as a consultant’ is like."

"I have never worked at a company that valued its employees as much as Daugherty does. From training to venting sessions, I felt included and supported more than I ever expected to. I feel honored to have been chosen, and I will work very hard to pass that feeling on to the next group."
Dan

"Daugherty University helped me sharpen my SQL, data visualization and problem-solving skills. We learn business cases for when and why each tool or technology should be used, as well as how to use them. Not only does Daugherty University grow your tech skills, it is designed to encourage you to think about a problem, collaborate on a solution, and then use the appropriate tools and technologies to deliver the best resolution for clients."
Molly

"DU was a very helpful transition! It forced us as ‘students’ to take ownership of the gaps in our knowledge. Collaborating with each other on a beginning-to-end project was a unique and valuable experience."
Megan

"This was the best job training experience I’ve ever had the pleasure of being a part of. I’ve honestly been blown away every step of the process. I’m proud to have been given the opportunity to be a part of it."
William
